How We Work

Phase 1: Analysis and Planning

We perform inventory of applications, databases, servers and dependencies. We evaluate cloud compatibility (assessment), define migration strategy per application (rehost, replatform, refactor) and design target cloud architecture. We prioritize workloads according to criticality and complexity.

Phase 2: Preparation and Cloud Configuration
