How We Work

Phase 1: Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

We identify business-critical applications, systems and data, evaluate operational and financial impact of interruptions per system, define RTO (maximum acceptable downtime) and RPO (maximum acceptable data loss) objectives and prioritize systems according to business criticality.

Phase 2: Continuity Strategy Design

We design high availability architectures (redundancy, load balancing, automatic failover), select backup and disaster recovery solutions (Azure Site Recovery, AWS Disaster Recovery, cloud backup), define data replication strategy (synchronous, asynchronous, geo-redundant) and establish service levels (SLAs) per system.

Phase 3: Implementation and Configuration

We implement HA/DR technical solutions according to design, configure automated backups with appropriate retention, establish DR sites (hot, warm or cold site according to RTO), implement replica and backup health monitoring, and document failover/failback procedures.
